The more recent PC's are shipped with this pre-installed, but if your PC is not shipped with it, or you are not sure, then you can download it from windowsupdate.microsoft.com.

Patience Pack 7.0 for Java

Patience Pack 7.0 is written using Java [tm] technology, so requires Java software to be installed before you can run it. Some PC's are shipped with Java software pre-installed, but if your PC is not shipped with it, or if you are not sure, then you can download it from www.java.com

Patience Pack 6.0 for Windows 3.1 / 95

If you want to download the older 16 bit version of Patience Pack (which was written in Visual Basic, so it will run on old machines, including on Windows 3.1), then you can still download the old version 6.0 which had 60 different games.
